Are you an organised, warm and professional administrator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Macquarie University Health is looking for a casual Medical Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinics across multiple locations.

As a casual team member, you'll enjoy flexibility while contributing to a purpose-driven workplace that values every member of the team. With clinic locations at our Wallumattagal Campus in North Ryde as well as satellite clinics in Hunters Hill and Rouse Hill, no two days will be quite the same.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and clinicians, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure. Your responsibilities will include:
